Thanks for considering me to be a part of your ministry.
Before making any decisions I ask my wife and a group of trusted friends to speak into all incoming ministry invitations, in order to keep me accountable to being healthy with my church, pace, ministry, and family. My first commitment is to the local church community that I am a part of and pastor, and from there I make time to be a resource and an encouragement to other churches and ministries.
